摘要
在分析陕西佛坪自然保护区具有知名度高、区位与交通优势明显、生物资源丰富、森林景观资源多样、山水资源奇秀、人文资源丰厚等生态旅游资源优势,现阶段生态旅游活动发展现状及生态旅游开发者与环保人士沟通交流不够、规划设计和服务设施不完善、管理缺乏系统性专业性和透明性等终止原因基础上,提出了树立正确自然资源保护与生态旅游互惠发展理念,制定科学合理、切实可行并具有前瞻性和针对性的生态旅游规划,健全机构、完善制度、落实责任、实行生态旅游规范化管理,改善生态旅游管理手段等消除先前负面影响,实现保护区生态旅游可持续发展的措施。
Foping Nature Reserve is characterized with its ecological tourism resources, rich biological resources, diversity of forest landscape, beautiful landscape, etc. The current ecotourism development status, insufficient communication between developers and environmentalists , inadequate plan- ning , design and service facilities, lack of systematic and professional management were elaborated. New conception and measures like establishing mutual beneficial development between ecotourism and natural resource protection, formulating scientific, reasonable, feasible and forward--looking plan and building institutions specifying responsibility, duty and tasks concerning management and admin- istration were put forward.
