Construction of School Enterprise Cooperation Talent Training Practice Base for Agronomy Specialty

实践教学是巩固理论知识和加深对理论认识的有效途径,是培养具有创新意识的高素质人才的重要环节。农学类专业要培养能适应现代农业发展所需的应用型人才,转变观念,加强校企合作实践基地建设是关键。结合湖南农业大学校企合作实践教学实例,对校企合作人才培养基地建设背景、建设初步成效和未来建设措施进行了分析。

Practical teaching is an effective way to consolidate theoretical knowledge and deepen theory understanding,and an important link to cultivate high quality talents with innovative consciousness. The key to cultivate applied talents that could adapt to development of modern agriculture for agronomy specialty is to change concept and to strengthen construction of school enterprise cooperation practice base. Combined with an example of practice teaching of school enterprise cooperation in Hunan Agricultural University,background of talent training base construction of school enterprise cooperation,preliminary results of construction and future construction measures were analyzed.
