安徽省东部地区秸秆焚烧问题的调查研究

A investigation of straw open burning in Anhui east

秸秆的露天焚烧造成了空气的严重污染,影响了人民的正常生活和正常生产,近些年已经成为一个难以解决的社会问题。笔者于2015年7月对安徽省东部地区农村秸秆焚烧问题进行了调查,调查发现安徽省东部焚烧的秸秆种类主要是小麦秸秆和水稻秸秆,原因主要是村民处于经济上的考虑,彻底解决这一问题需要找到合适的秸秆利用途径,使得经济上能够获利。

Open burning of straw caused serious pollution of air. And people＇s normal life and normal produdion are at- feded by this kind of air pollution. Open burning of straw becomes a difficult social problem in recent years The authors car- ried on the investigation in the northeast region of Anhui province for surveying rural open burning straw in July 2015. We found the mainly types of open burning straw are wheat straw and rice straw; the main reason of open burning straws is that villagers can get benefit maximization; the only solution of open burning straws is finding new profitable way in straw utilization.
