摘要
以北方某核电站空调盘管冻结为例,根据流水结冰和静水结冰的不同原理对核电站空调盘管冻结的原因进行了分析和研究。针对冷、热水盘管不同类型分别提出了解决盘管冻结的措施,介绍了一体化迎风旁通加热盘管在防冻方面的优点,为核电站空调设备的防冻设计提供了方法。
Taking the freezing phenomenon of the air conditioning water coil in a northern nuclear power station as an example, according to the different principles of running water freezing and still water freezing, analyses and studies the freezing reasons of the air conditioning water coil. Proposes the measures to prevent the freezing of air conditioning cooling water coil and hot water coil, presents the advantages of the integrated upwind bypass heating coil in the aspect of anti-freezing, and provides the methods for anti- freezing design of HVAC equipment for nuclear power stations.
