摘要
广东国际大厦由裙房与主塔楼组成,为满足功能要求对其进行改造。对大跨种植屋面采用预应力钢结构体系,并首次提出先铰接后刚接的设计思路。介绍阻尼器的设计方法,并解决宴会厅框架柱二阶效应的力学问题。针对边梁受扭问题,也给出了新的设计思路。阻尼器的使用,缩短了工期也节约了造价;同时通过充分的计算分析,能够确保结构安全。
Guangdong International Hotel was composed of skirt building and towers, and was reconstructed in order to meet the function requirements. The pre-stressed steel structure was adopted in large-span planting roof and a new design idea of using hinged connection before rigid connection was first proposed. A design method of damper was introduced and the mechanical problem in the second-order effect of frame column of the banquet hall was worked out. A new design idea was put forward for the problem of spandrel beam subjected to torsion. Adoption of damper reduced construction period and saved cost, and sufficient calculation and analysis could ensure the safety of the structure.
