摘要 为提高制动器的制动效能、降低其促动功率消耗,改善整车燃油经济性,在传统的盘式制动器基础上,提出了一种新型液压促动楔形自增力盘式制动器。对其工作原理进行分析,并确定了关键设计参数和设计方法。通过AMESim仿真对比分析,论述了其关键设计参数对制动效能因数以及自锁现象的影响。得出了较为完善、合理的楔形盘式制动器设计方法。 In order to increase braking efficiency, reduce actuating power consumption, and improve vehicle fuel economy, a novel self-reinforcement wedge disc brake actuated by hydraulic power was proposed, based on the traditional disc brake. Firstly, the working principle was analyzed to define the critical design parameters and design methods. Then through analysis and comparison in AMESim simulation, the influence of the relevant key parameters on the braking efficiency factor and self-locking was discussed in detail. Finally, a complete and rational design method of the novel wedge disc brake was derived.
