摘要
某款车型怠速N挡、D挡车内后排噪声偏高,220 Hz处存在噪声峰值,经排查为排气消声器在220 Hz处传递损失不足引起。通过GT-POWER软件对排气消声器进行建模,分别对腔体的形状、容积、出气管内插管长度、管壁的穿孔数及穿孔率等进行分析,最终找到导致220 Hz处传递损失不足的原因为进出气口端的小孔。取消小孔后220Hz处传递损失大幅提升,车内后排噪声峰值消除。
The exhaust noise of rear seat of an idling vehicle at Neutral and Drive was high, there was a noise peak at 220 Hz, after troubleshooting, it was found the noise was caused by insufficient transmission loss of exhaust muffler at220 Hz. The exhaust muffler was modeled using GT-POWER software, in which the cavity's shape, volume, length of outlet pipe's internal intubation, perforation number and perforation rate of tube wall were analyzed separately, and it was found low transmission loss at 220 Hz was caused by the small holes on the inlet and outlet. After the cancellation of the small holes, transmission loss at 220 Hz increased significantly, and the noise peak at the rear seat was eliminated.
