摘要
将HC吸附装置集成在整车后处理系统中,就HC吸附技术对整车排放性能的影响展开了研究。研究发现,该装置在整车起动阶段存在最优的吸附时间,所使用的HC吸附装置最优吸附时间为45 s。试验结果表明,HC吸附技术可降低常温及低温整车NEDC循环THC排放量30%以上,并可降低前三效催化转换器的贵金属涂覆量,降低后处理成本,但后三效催化转换器的处理能力需要加强。
The effect of HC adsorption technology on emissions performance of a vehicle with aftertreatment system was studied in this paper. The research showed that there was an optimal adsorption time in the vehicle start-up stage. The optimal adsorption time of HC adsorption device used in this paper is 45 s. The vehicle test results showed that THC emissions could be reduced more than 30 % in NEDC cycle both under normal temperature and low temperature environment by using HC adsorption technology. This technology could also reduce the cost of aftertreatment with lower coated weight of noble metal of three-way catalyst, while chassis catalyst ability needs to be strengthened.
