车用柴油机SCR喷射系统的设计及研究

摘要 设计车用柴油机SCR喷射系统,其采用"压差时间式"的计量原理,直接喷射的雾化型式。进行SCR喷射系统组成部件压力控制单元、尿素喷嘴的功能试验,并进行自主SCR系统匹配柴油机排放试验和国Ⅳ法规测试。结果表明,SCR喷射系统压力波动小,喷嘴流量特性线性度好,能满足柴油机SCR系统的要求。匹配SCR系统的发动机NOx排放最多降低80%,低于国Ⅳ标准限值要求,发动机的燃油经济性得到改善。 SCR injection system of automobile diesel engine was designed, with the theory of"differential pressure measurement principle"and direct injection patterns. Functional test of pressure control unit and urea nozzle of the SCR system were carried out. Emissions tests of diesel engine with SCR system and China Ⅳ regulatory tests were carried out too. The results showed that pressure fluctuations in SCR system were small, flow characteristics showed good linearity,which nicely satisfied the requirement of SCR system. NOx emission of diesel engine was reduced up to 80% with SCR system, lower than China Ⅳ limit. Fuel economy of engine with SCR system was also improved.
