Patent Status of Tractor in China from 2013 to 2015

以近3年我国拖拉机专利授权量数据为基础,对拖拉机专利授权状况进行了分析,总结了拖拉机行业授权专利的特点,并据此提出了国内拖拉机企业专利申请的策略。

Based on the date of tractor patent authorization amount nearly 3 years in China, patent authorization status of tractor was analyzed. Characteristics of authorized patent in tractor industry were summarized. Strategy of patent application for domes- tic tractor enterprises was put forward.
