摘要
研究生培养模式多样化是当前世界研究生教育发展和改革的重要趋势。产学研合作培养研究生不但使研究生教育由高校得以向社会延伸,而且还有利于培养创新型人才,尤其是有利于培养行业需要的创新型应用人才。在系统论思想指导下,阐述了产学研联合培养研究生系统中培养组织、培养目标、培养过程、资源条件和质量评价等要素,并构建了产学研联合培养研究生的理论模型,最后介绍了仲恺农业工程学院产学研联合培养研究生的具体实践。
Diversification of postgraduate training mode is an important trend of development and reform of postgraduate educa- tion in the world. Graduate student training of industry university research cooperation not only make graduate education extend from university to society, but also conducive to cultivation of innovative talents. In particular, it is conducive to cultivation of innovative talents needed in the industry. Under guidance of system theory, some elements of graduate student training of indus- try university research cooperation including training organization, training target, training process, resource condition and qual- ity evaluation etc were expounded. Theoretical model of graduate student training of industry university research cooperation was built. At last, concrete practice of graduate student training of industry university research cooperation in Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering was introduced.
