摘要
近年来,大型水轮发电机组不断地投入运行,随着机组尺寸的增加以及结构上的偏薄设计,水轮发电机组转轮裂纹问题已成为困扰水电站安全稳定运行的一个重要问题。本文利用动应力测试系统开展水轮机真机转轮在不同运行工况下动应力特性的现场测试,结合转轮动应力现场测试结果,分析引起水轮机转轮裂纹的主要原因,并提出了处理措施。研究结果为研究分析机组稳定性状况和转轮叶片产生裂纹的原因提供技术依据。
In recent years, large-scale hydro units in operation continuously. In this article, dynamic stress test system to be used in different operating conditions and the transition process in the dynamic stress characteristic of the field test. Combined with dynamic stress runner field test results, the main reason to be analyzed the reason caused the runner cracks and proposed actions. Technical basis is provided the research and analysis unit stability condition and runner blade cracks.
