摘要 针对进排气门工件堆焊的需求,设计了一款基于PLC的进排气门工件堆焊控制系统。给出了工件堆焊示意图和流程,以西门子S7-1200为核心控制器设计控制系统,介绍了系统的PLC和触摸屏软硬件设计,实现了PLC和焊接机器人之间的良好通讯。实践证明,堆焊控制系统可实现一次编程、一键式操作的自动焊接等功能,且硬件单元布局合理,结构紧凑、美观、安全、可靠。 For the surfacing needs of ship valves workpiece,we design a PLC-based surfacing control system of the valves of the workpiece.Giving a schematic view of the workpiece and welding processes,we make Siemens S7-1200 controller as the core control system,and introduce the hardware and software system design of PLC and touch screen.So we can achieve a good communication between the PLC and robot welding.Practice has proved that the system can achieve one time programmable,automatic welding of one-button operation and so on.Besides,the hardware units have rational layout,compact,beautiful,safe and reliable structure.
