摘要
经销商在汽车行业是销售渠道的重要环节,销售返利是最常用的差异化销售策略手段之一。传统情况下企业与经销商之间沟通容易出现信息失真、延迟等现象。文章对基于销售返利的汽车差异化销售管理系统做了相应研究,讨论了销售返利差异化营销策略,模糊评判决策的计算方法及系统实现的关键性技术。
