无线传输技术在滚筒式烘丝机筒壁温度检测中的应用

摘要 烘丝机筒壁温度对于烟丝的水分具有关键的影响。目前国内外对烘丝机温度检测,主要通过曲线拟合将薄板的蒸汽压力转化为温度。然而,该方法检测得到的温度精度不够。本文中,采用温度传感器直接检测薄壁的温度。通过无线传输技术,将检测的温度传输到信号接收端,信号接收端将温度值转化为电流信号送入到PLC控制系统进行处理,实现温度的控制。相对于原有技术,该技术可以准确检测得到筒壁的温度,温度的变化范围小,而且可以直接检测温度,减少转换得到的误差。 The temperature of the cylinder silk dryer has an great effect on the moisture of the cut tobacco.Currently,the way to measure the temperature is to transform the stream pressure to the temperature upon the fitting curve between the stream pressure and the temperature.But,through the way,the accuracy of the measured temperature is not high.In this paper,a temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature directly.Meanwhile,by the wireless transmission technology,the temperature signal is sent to the receiving side.Then,the receiving side transforms the temperature signal to the current signal which is transmitted to the PLC system.Compared with the traditional technology,the new way can measure the temperature accurately.Meanwhile,the range of the temperature is small.Besides,the new way can measure the temperature directly which can reduce the error between the transforming processes.
