摘要
为了适应现代职业岗位能力的需求,通过三维教学模式(用工作任务、在工作现场、寓工作过程),实现了四个突破(课程来源要工学转化、课程任务要教学化处理、课程教学要标准化、课程管理要精细化),构建了"学科范式转为职业岗位范式"的专业课程体系,实施了"学做一体,实景镶嵌"的教学方法,实现了课程内容与岗位要求及专业技术发展的同步,提高了机电设备维修与管理专业课程的教学质量,增强了学生的实践能力和就业竞争力。
In order to meet the needs of the modern professional job capacity,three-dimensional teaching mode(with tasks at the job site,and combine the work process),to achieve a four breakthroughs(curriculum source to engineering transformation,curriculum tasks to teaching process,Teaching to standardize,course management to fine),to build a professional curriculum of " Paradigm turned professional job",implementation of teaching methods of " learning together with doing,real mosaic",professional skills are synchronous with the course content and the job requirements,improve the electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance and management of teaching quality,enhance students' practical ability and employability and competitiveness.
