摘要
选取某车间配料自动化控制系统作为研究对象,研究了自动化系统的操作流程、控制原理以及操作控制过程,分析了该系统的应用局限性和缺陷,介绍了自动化系统的试车情况,分析了料浆指标的波动原因,并自此基础上探讨了引入数学模拟技术的必要性。通过研究非常规的在线标定方法,得到数学推导和数学回归两种方案,本文在两种方法优劣对比的前提下,结合两种方法进行标定。最后本文分别探讨了配料差值中料浆水分、烧成煤灰以及料浆混合的影响,并利用数学模拟技术提供了准确的指标,为自动化系统的完善提供依据。
This article selects a certain workshop automation control system as the research object,studied the operation process of the automation system,the control principle and control process operation,analyzes the limitations and defects of application of the system,this paper introduces the automation system of the test case,analysis the reason of the slurry index fluctuation,and since then on the basis of the necessity of introducing mathematical simulation technology is discussed.Through the study of on-line calibration method,unconventional by mathematical deduction and mathematical regression two plans,based on the advantages and disadvantages compared two methods under the premise of combining the two methods for calibration.Difference at the end of the paper respectively discusses the ingredients in the water,burning coal ash slurry and the influence of slurry mixture,and using mathematical simulation technology provides accurate indicator,provide the basis for the improvement of the automation system.
