摘要
目前,经济环境的信息化,促使市场竞争日趋剧烈、客户的需求变得种类繁多,给企业的发展带来严重的危机与挑战。客户关系管理(CRM)是实现商业银行向电子信息化胜利转型的根蒂,同时也为银行在信息化社会发展中提供管理体系与技术措施。文章立足于邮政储蓄银行南阳市分行的实际业务,对其CRM系统的设计和实现进行研究,操作性强,具有一定的安全性与实用性。
At present,the economic environment of information,make the increasingly intense competition in the market,customer demand has become a wide variety,the development of enterprises to bring serious crisis and challenge.Customer relationship management(CRM) for commercial Banks in the information age management system and technical means of survival and development,successful implementation of commercial Banks provide basic power electronic transformation.Article based on the actual business of postal savings bank of nanyang branch,the CRM system design and implementation of the study,practical strong,has a certain safety and practicality.
