Micro Learning: A New Method for Teachers' Independent Learning

摘要 互联网时代新型学习方式的出现使学习者的学习方式也在悄然发生着改变。相对于传统学习,微学习在学习时间、学习地点、学习方式、学习资源等方面都有其独特的优势,能满足互联网背景下教师的自主学习需求。微信平台使用的普遍性、操作的易用性、功能的强大性可以使其成为教师进行微学习的平台。教师在体验新技术带来的便利时,也要注意微学习的负面影响,采用适合的学习策略实现有效学习。 With the coming of new learning style in Internet era,the learners' learning style is changing quietly. Compared with the traditional learning style,micro learning has unique advantages in the learning time,place,style,resources and so on,which can satisfy the teacher' s independent learning needs in the internet background. The advantages of We Chat such as the universality of the platform,easy operation and the strong function make it become a learning platform for teachers. Teachers must pay attention to the negative impact of micro learning in the experience of new technology,and reduce and avoid the risk loss.
