多元论与外语教育:外语课程政策的困境及其超越 被引量:1

摘要 现行的外语课程政策采纳了"二元论"的外语课程性质观,认为外语课程兼有工具性和人文性,这突破了长久以来"一元论"的外语课程性质观,即认为外语是工具性课程。然而,"人文导向"与"工具导向"的实践"纠结"使现行外语课程政策陷入了困境。在实施"一带一路"战略和"全球公民身份教育"的过程中,外语教育的重要性得到进一步彰显。适逢外语高考改革,学界近年来引入"多元论"来研究我国外语教育政策,提出了"多元目标英语课程"等理念,外语课程性质观正经历从"二元论"到"多元论"的新突破。 Current curriculum policy adopted the "dualism"foreign language curriculum nature view,thought that foreign language curriculum combine instrumental and humanism,it broke through the long "monism"foreign language curriculum nature view,which holds that foreign language is instrumental course. However,the practical entanglement between instrumental orientation and humanistic orientation actually throws the curriculum policies into a dilemma. In the implementation of the "Belt and Road Initiative"and "global citizenship education"( GCE),the significance of foreign language education is further highlighted. Coincided with the on-going reform of foreign language testing system in National College Entrance Examination,a plural perspective has been introduced into the study of foreign language education policy( FLEP) in China,and the coming-up of new concepts like "Multi-goal English Curriculum"is witnessing another breakthrough,from the dualistic perception to a plural perception about the nature of foreign language curriculum.
