Funds＇ revenue and expenditure are an essential part of all activities throughout a university,whether the university funding is allocated properly and the budget is reasonable or not will affect its operating efficiency. Researching the problem of financial revenue and expenditure in the world-class private universities own great theoretical and practical value. Based on the study of finance of the world-class private universities,the paper analyzes how these universities raise and use funds,which serves as suggestions for establishing first-class private universities in China.
