彩色多普勒超声诊断阑尾炎的临床分析

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在阑尾炎临床诊断治疗中的应用及价值。方法回顾分析了204例阑尾炎患者的临床资料,观察彩色多普勒超声检查结果并对相关数据进行回顾性分析。结果 204例就诊的阑尾炎患者中,超声确诊198例,漏诊6例,总符合率为97.1%;其中急性单纯性阑尾炎符合率93.3%(56/60),化脓性阑尾炎符合率98.5%(66/67),坏疽性阑尾炎符合率98.2%(54/55),阑尾周围脓肿符合率100%。结论在阑尾炎临床诊断过程中,通过临床症状及彩色多普勒超声检查可为临床诊断及治疗提供重要依据,它具有较高的准确性,值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

Objective To evaluate color Doppler ultrasonography and clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of appendicitis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 204 patients observed color Doppler ultrasound results and related data were analyzed retrospectively. Results 204 cases of treatment of appendicitis patients, 198 cases of ultrasound diagnosis, missed diagnosis in 6 cases, total coincidence rate was 97.1%; in line with the rate of acute simple appendicitis was 93.3% （56/60）, suppurative appendicitis compliance rate of 98.5% （66/67）, in line with gangrenous appendicitis rate was 98.2% （54/55）, appendix abscess was 100%. Conclusion The clinical diagnosis of appendicitis in the process may be provided by clinical symptoms and color Doppler ultrasound examination is an important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, which has high accuracy, worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
