摘要
我厂5 000 t/d熟料生产线窑尾系统节能技术改造采用增大分解炉炉容并增设鹅颈管、延长物料在分解炉内停留时间、改变三次风管进风形式、更换撒料箱和锁风阀、更换窑尾燃烧器、调整分解炉喷煤管角度等措施,提高热交换效率和分解率,以期降低烧成系统热耗。
Retrofit of Energy Saving Technology for 5 000 t/d Clinker Production Line in our factory adopts the method of increasing the capacity of decomposing furnace,adding the gooseneck,extending the residence time of material in the decomposition furnace,changing the wind form of the tertiary air duct,material box and lock air valve and the kiln tail burner,adjusting the decomposition furnace pulverized coal tube angle and other measures and improving the heat exchange efficiency and decomposition rate to reduce the burning system heat consumption.
