On Exploring Objective Management in Secondary Vocational Schools

目标管理是美国著名管理学家德鲁克提出的。它具有强调自我控制、建立目标方阵和目标链、重视管理成效等三个鲜明的特点。把这一先进的管理理论与模式引进中等职业教育管理中,对促进和推动职业教育的改革是十分必要的。本文对增城职业中专将目标管理模式引入学校管理之中的经验,作了概括性的总结和介绍。

Objective management is advanced by Derek,a famous American manager.It has three distinctive characteristics of emphasizing self-con trol,setting up objective lineup and an objective chain,attaching im-portance to the effect of management.It is very necessary in promoting and pushing the reformation of vo-cational education to introduce the advanced management theory and model to the management of sec-ondary vocational education.The article summarizes and introduces the experience generally that objective management has been merged into school management in order to strengthen vocational schools.
