Effect Study of 0.5% Matrine AS on Preventing Root-knot Nematode Disease of Cucumber

研究0.5%苦参碱水剂对黄瓜根结线虫病的预防效果，结果表明：在黄瓜移栽定植后，立即用0.5%苦参碱水剂200-300倍液灌根，每株灌药液500 mL，在30 d内能够预防黄瓜根结线虫病的发生。

Effect of 0.5% matrine AS on preventing root-knot nematode disease of cucumber were studied.The results showed that root-knot nematode disease was prevented in 30 days if irrigated 0.5%matrine AS 200~300 times 500 mL each cucumber.
