国家突发事件预警信息发布系统对河南省气象服务提升的作用

Role of National Emergency Warning Information Release System in Improvement of Meteorological Service of Henan Province

国家突发事件预警信息发布系统自2015年5月在河南全省范围业务化运行以来,纵向实现国家、省、市、县互联互通,横向实现预警信息发布机构与政府应急管理部门的对接,实现了预警发布全省覆盖,河南预警发布进入了规范化阶段。2016年7月,在应对"河南7·18"特大暴雨过程中发挥了极其重要的作用,提升了河南省气象现代化建设水平。

Since the May 2015,the National Emergency Warning Information Release System has been running in the whole Henan Province,it has vertically realized inter-connectivity of nations,provinces,cities and counties,and also horizontally realized the connection of the National Released Warning System and the emergency management department of the government. Now the National Released Warning System has covered the whole Henan Province,and the Emergency Warning Information Release System has entered the stage of standardization. In July 2016,in the response to the rainstorm on the 7.18 event in Henan Province,the National Released Warning System played an important role and also promoted the level of the meteorological modernization in Henan Province.
