建立农村高等教育体系的构想

On the Conception of Constructing Rural Higher Education System

在中国广大农村教育还相当落后的情况下,要贯彻科教兴农方针,必须落实农村教育在农村经济社会发展中的先导性、全局性、基础性战略地位,建立具有中国特色和地方特点的农村高等教育体系。本文在分析了美国大学农业推广制度和我国高等教育通往农村的实践基础上,提出了农村高等教育体系的构想和有待进一步探讨的问题。

Under the circumstances that rural edu cation is rather backward in a large number of Chi nese villages,we must ascertain the strategic position of rural education which plays a role in rural economic and social development of forerunner,overall situation and foundation and construct the system of rural e-ducation which has both Chi nese characteristic and local feature in order to implement the policy of re-liv ing agricalture by means of science and technology.Based on analyzing American community colleges and the practice of our national higher education in the country side,the article puts forward the concep-tion of the system of rural higher education and the problems which need further ex ploration.
