根据医学高校和现代医学人才培养的目标和要求,结合目前医学院校及医院人才培养机制和模式普遍不够完善的状况,提出学科发展首先要建立医学人才梯队,要加强医德医风教育,重点突出并构建"知识型、应用型、创新型"三维立体医学人才培养模式,德才兼备,同时对推拿学科人才培养模式进行探索,以促进推拿学科的可持续性发展。

According to the aims and requirements of medical colleges and modern medical professional training and the situation that the currently professional training mechanism and pattern of medical colleges and hospitals are still incomplete,we put forward that the first thing of course development is to build medical professiona lechelon,reinforce the education of medical morality.The key point is to stress and build the three-dimensional medical personnel training mode of knowledge,applied and innovation.The professional should have both excellent morals and academic skills.At the same time,to explore the training mode of the discipline of massage,to promote the sustainable development of massage.
