浅析电化学发光免疫分析及在肿瘤标记物方面的应用

Analysis of Electrochemical Luminescence Immunoassay and Its Application in Tumor Marker

目的分析电化学发光免疫分析仪在肿瘤标记物检测方面的应用。方法选择我院于2016年1-6月所接治的肝癌患者80例为主要研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各组40例。观察组使用电化学光分析检测,对照组使用酶联免疫法检测,比较CEA以及CA15-3两类肿瘤标记物检测情况。结果观察组患者血液中癌抗原15-3以及癌胚抗原都较对照组高,其差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者血清中肿瘤标记物检测阳性率CEA为95.00%,CA15-3为97.50%,对照组分别为60.00%、55.00%,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论借助电化学发光免疫分析法可实现对肿瘤标记物的有效检测。

Objective To analyze the application of the electrochemical immunoassay analyzer in the detection of tumor markers. Methods 80 cases of patients with liver cancer were selected as the main research object inour hospital from January to June 2016, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was detected by electrochemical light analysis, and the control group was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the detection of CEA and CA15-3 tumor markers were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the blood cancer antigen 15-3 and the cancer embryo antigen were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The positive rate CEA of tumor markers in the observation group was 95.00%, CA15-3 was 97.50%, and the control group was 60.00% and 55.00%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effective detection of tumor markers can be achieved by the use of the electrochemical luminescence immunoassay.
