Analysis and Improvement Measures of the Common Problems in the Immunohistochemical Technique

目的探讨分析免疫组织化学技术中比较常见的问题,对这些问题进行解决。方法根据2010年1月-2012年12月我院的80例患者进行分析,按照不同切片方式分成A、B两组,对比两组的切片质量,分析问题。结果 A组使用传统操作方式,共出现了15例问题切片,2例脱片、5例弱阳性、2例染色过强、6例非特异性染色;B组有40例切片合格。两组切片成功率差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论免疫组织化学技术包含的环节多,存在的问题多,需要对其进行研究分析,寻找解决方案,对该技术进行完善。

Objective To explore and analyze the common problems in the immunohistochemical technique, and to solve these problems. Methods 80 cases in our hospital were analyzed from January 2010 to December 2012, according to the different sections of the two groups were divided into groups, compared with the two groups of the quality of the section, the analysis of the problem. Results A group using the traditional operation method, a total of 15 cases of the problem, 2 cases took off, 5 cases of weak positive, 2 cases of dyeing too strong, 6 cases of non-specific staining; B group of 40 cases of biopsy. There was significant difference in the success rate of the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The immune tissue chemistry technology contains many links, there are many problems, which need to be studied and analyzed, looking for solutions, to improve the technology.
