Internal Locking Plate Fixation for the Treatment of Lower Tibia and Fibula Fractures by MIPPO Technique

目的观察MIPPO技术插入内侧锁定钢板固定治疗胫腓骨下段骨折的临床效果。方法选择30例胫腓骨下段骨折患者,所有患者均行MIPPO技术插入内侧锁定钢板固定术治疗。观察治疗效果。结果本组优22例,良6例,可2例;优良率为93.3%。所有伤口Ⅰ期愈合,未发现严重并发症。结论 MIPPO技术插入内侧锁定钢板固定治疗胫腓骨下段骨折效果理想,固定确切可靠。

Objective To observe the effect of MIPPO internal locking plate fixation technique for the treatment of medial tibial fractures. Methods 30 cases of medial tibial fractures were chosen. All patients were treated by MIPPO internal locking plate fixation technique. Observing the clinicaleffect. Results 22 cases wss excellent, 6 cases wss good, and fair in 2 cases. The excellent rate was 93.3%. All wounds healed by Ⅰ intention and no serious complication was found. Conclusion The effect of MIPPO technique for the treatment of medial tibial fractures is idael, which is reliable and accurate.
