腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Laparoscopic Combined With Bile Duct Endoscopy in the Treatment of Gallbladder Polyps With Gallbladder Stones

目的探讨和分析腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石的临床效果。方法选取2014年6月-2016年6月在我院接受临床治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组分别有30例患者,对对照组患者进行传统手术治疗,对研究组患者进行腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗,分析两组患者的效果。结果研究组患者的术后肛门排气时间、住院天数与对照组患者比较,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石的效果较好。

Objective To study and analysis of the clinical effect of laparoscopic joint choledochoscope to treat the gallbladder polyp combined gallstones. Methods 60 patients were chosen as the research object from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital, according to random number table method is divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group, the control group patients with traditional surgery, the research group patients with laparoscopic joint choledochoscope therapy, analyze the effect of two groups patients. Results The postoperative anal exhaust time, hospitalization days of the research group patients compared to the control group patients with clear difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of laparoscopic joint choledochoscope therapy combined gallstones gallbladder polyp effect was better.
