复合树脂高强纤维与结扎丝牙周夹板固定治疗慢性牙周炎下前牙松动比较 被引量:2

Comparison of Composite Resin High Strength Fiber and Ligation Wire Periodontal Splint for the Treatment of Anterior Teeth Loosening Under Chronic Periodontitis

摘要 目的探讨慢性牙周炎下前牙松动患者复合树脂高强纤维固定与结扎丝牙周夹板固定的治疗效果。方法选取在我院特诊科就诊的慢性牙周炎下前牙松动患者90例,将其随机分为两组,各45例。对照组应用结扎丝牙周夹板固定法,观察组应用复合树脂高强纤维固定方法,对比分析两组牙周情况及患者满意度。结果治疗后对照组PLI与PD高于观察组,AL低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的满意度为80.0%,低于观察组的95.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合树脂高强纤维固定牙周炎下前牙松动,可有效固定松动牙,改善牙周情况,提高患者满意度,且比较舒适美观。 Objective To investigate the effect of fiber reinforcement composites(FRC) and ligature wire periodontal splint(LWPS) on periodontitis with lower dental relaxation(PLDR). Methods 90 cases of PLDR treated in stomatological department were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. Control group took LWPS fixation and observation group took FRC repair. Periodontal situation and satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The control group after treatment of PLI and PD higher than the observation group, AL was lower than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05), the control group satisfaction was 80.0%, lower than the observation group 95.6%, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). ConclusionFRC repair for PLDR can effectively fix loosening teeth, improve periodontal situation and satisfaction, is comfortable and beautiful.
