腹股沟嵌顿疝无张力修补30例体会

Experience of Tension-free Hernioplasty in 30 Cases With Inguinal Incarcerated Hernia

目的探讨腹股沟嵌顿疝急诊行无张力疝修补术的可行性。方法回顾性分析我院普外科2011年1月~2015年12月收治的30例腹股沟嵌顿疝患者行无张力疝修补术的临床资料。结果平均手术时间：（83.0±11.4）min;平均住院时间：（7.1±1.0）d;所有患者术后均治愈,未发生切口及补片感染,术后随访无复发。结论腹股沟嵌顿疝急诊行无张力修补术是安全、可行的。

Objective To evaluate the possibility of tension-free hernioplasty in inguinal incarcerated hernia. Methods Clinical data of 30 cases of inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical data of patients with inguinal hernia were treated. Results The average operation time,（83.0±11.4） minutes. The average time in hospital,（7.1±1.0） days, all patients were cured after operation, no incision infection and patch infection were not occurrde, there was no recurrence after surgery. Conclution Emergency repair of inguinal incarcerated hernia with tension-free hernioplasty is safe and feasible.
