奥美拉唑的药理作用及临床效果观察

The Pharmacological Action and Clinical Effect of Omeprazole

目的研究分析奥美拉唑的药理以及临床治疗效果,为临床中治疗胃溃疡疾病提供参考依据。方法根据2014年1月~2015年12月我院的120例胃溃疡患者进行研究分析,分成对照组和观察组,均为60例,对照组使用雷尼替丁治疗,观察组使用奥美拉唑治疗,对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果经过治疗,观察组的临床治疗有效率是95%,对照组的治疗有效率是76.67%,两组的临床治疗有效率差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的症状改善情况比对照组优秀,两组差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的有效时间和痊愈时间均要比对照组短,结果差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组复发率对比差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胃溃疡使用奥美拉唑治疗的有效率高,安全性高,见效快。

Objective To study the pharmacological effects of omeprazole and its clinical therapeutic effect, and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of gastric ulcer disease. Methods 120 cases of gastric ulcer patients from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were chosen to carry on the research analysis, divided into the observation group and the control group, there were 60 cases in the control group, the use of ranitidine in the treatment of observation group, treated with omeprazole, compare the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy rate of the observation group was 95%, the control group was 76.67%, the effective rate was two, there was statistical difference between the groups（P〈0.05）. The improvement of symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The effective time and healing time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group, and the results were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the two groups were statistically different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole has high effective rate, high safety, quick effect.
