摘要
目的随访观察脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者在出院后的治疗依从性和并发症发生情况。方法选择自愿参与随访的脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者40例,分为两组,对照组采用常规健康教育模式,干预组采用授权教育模式要求患者自我管理,比较两组患者的一般资料、授权教育后治疗的依从性、尿路感染等并发症情况。结果两组患者在干预前一般资料、治疗依从性、尿路感染情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组患者在出院后24个月的治疗依从性、出现尿路感染等并发症次数及例数比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予授权教育的脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者能够主动进行自我管理,依从治疗,明确并发症干预及观察方法,有效预防尿路感染、尿路结石等并发症,不断提高生活质量。
Objective To observe the compliance and complication of patients with neurogenic bladder complicated with spinal cord injury after discharge. Methods 40 cases of patients with neurogenic bladder complicated with spinal cord injury were selected and were divided into 2 groups. In the control group, routine health education model was adopted, patients in the intervention group were asked to self manage, compared with two groups of patients with general information, treatment compliance, urinary tract infection and other complications. Results There was no significant difference about general information, treatment compliance and urinary tract infection between two groups before intervention(P〈0.05). After the intervention in 24 months after discharge, there was satistically significant difference about the compliance and the rate of complications such as urinary tract infection between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The patient with neurogenic bladder of spinal cord injury were authorized education, which will be able to take the initiative to selfcare management, compliance with treatment, to clear complications of intervention and observation methods, effective prevention of urinary tract infection, urinary calculi and other complications, to continuously improve the quality of life.
