自血穴位注射结合天突穴拔火罐治疗变异性鼻炎的疗效观察及护理体会

Clinical Observation and Nursing Care of Tiantu Acupoint Cupping Therapy on Allergic Rhinitis Combined With Acupoint Injection of Autologous Blood

目的探讨自血穴位注射结合天突穴拔火罐治疗变异性鼻炎的疗效。方法选择我科变异性鼻炎患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例,对照组给予常规对症治疗和护理措施。治疗组加用自血穴位注射结合天突穴拔火罐。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自血穴位注射结合天突穴拔火罐可改善变异性鼻炎的临床症状,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the blood acupoint injection combined with tiantu point variability cupping therapy rhinitis curative effect observation. Methods 60 cases of variant rhinitis were chosen in our department and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group, the control group was given routine symptomatic treatment and nursing measures. The treatment group was treated with self blood acupoint injection combined with Tiantu acupoint cupping. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of self blood acupoint injection combined with cupping can improve tiantu acupoint allergic rhinitis, improve the life quality of patients.
