HBV-DNA定量与HBsAg滴度和肝脏转氨酶水平的相关性研究

The Impact of HBV-DNA Concentrations on Serum HBsAg and Liver Function

目的探讨乙肝患者血清HBV-DNA载量与血清乙肝表面抗原（HBs Ag）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）之间的关系。方法选取300例乙肝患者,其中血清低、中、高病毒载量者各100例,同时进行血清HBs Ag、ALT和AST检测。结果血清HBV-DNA病毒载量与血清HBs Ag水平相关（χ-2=6.205,P=0.45）,而与血清ALT（χ-2=4.705,P=0.95）和AST（χ-2=4.762,P=0.092）水平无显著性相关。结论血清HBs Ag与血清HBV-DNA定量应该联合用于乙肝病毒载量和复制的评价;而血清ALT和AST主要反映肝细胞的损伤,与乙肝病毒载量缺乏相关性。

Objective We aimed to investigate the relationship among serum HBV DNA concentration, hepatitis B surface antigen（HBs Ag） titer, alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and aspartate amino transferase（AST） level. Methods A total of 300 patients with hepatitis B were recruited. Serum HBVDNA, HBs Ag, ALT and AST level were tested. Results The viral load of HBV is related to the serum HBs Ag level（χ-2=6.205, P=0.45）, however, it is not related to the serum ALT and AST（χ-2=4.705, P=0.95, χ-2=4.762, P=0.092）.Conclusion Serum HBs Ag level should be used together with, but not as a substitute for, HBV DNA, serum ALT and AST indicate the extent of liver injures and are poorly related to HBV DNA.
