OGTT检测在妊娠糖尿病筛查中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of OGTT Test in the Screening of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨OGTT检测在妊娠糖尿病筛查中的应用和意义。方法选取我中心2015年1月-2016年6月进行妊娠期糖尿病筛查的孕妇1 723例为研究对象,进行OGTT试验,分析筛查结果。结果我中心1 723例产检孕妇实施OGTT检测后,筛查出妊娠糖尿病患者102例,阳性率为5.92%;其中35-42岁的高龄孕妇组中GDM的发病率高于其他年龄组;空腹血糖高于4.4 mmol/L组GDM的患病率高于空腹血糖小于4.4 mmol/L组。结论妊娠期进行糖尿病筛查具有重要意义,对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行系统管理,能够改善孕妇围产结局,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application and significance of OGTT detection in the screening of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 1 723 pregnant women in our center from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study subjects, and the results were analyzed by OGTT test. Results 1 723 cases of prenatal pregnant women after implementation of OGTT detection, screening of 102 cases of gestational diabetes, the positive rate was 5.92%; of which 35 to 42 years old women group the incidence of GDM was higher than other age groups; the prevalence of fasting blood glucose is higher than 4.4 mmol/L in group GDM was higher than that of fasting blood glucose less than 4.4 mmol/L group. Conclusion Gestational diabetes screening is of great significance, the system management of gestational diabetes patients, to improve the perinatal outcome of pregnant women, it is worth promoting.
