剖宫产术后再次妊娠患者的阴道分娩和再次剖宫产效果

Vaginal Delivery and Again Cesarean Section in Patients With Pregnancy After Cesarean Section

目的对比剖宫产术后再次妊娠患者进行阴道分娩和再次剖宫产的效果。方法随机选取2015年4月-2016年3月我院90例剖宫产术后再次妊娠患者作为研究对象,分成对照组（剖宫产）和观察组（阴道分娩）。将2组患者的术中出血量、产后出血量、住院时间、新生儿1 min Apgar评分进行对比。结果观察组患者的住院时间（3.56±0.21）天、术中出血量（135.32±69.14）ml、产后出血量（169.48±46.48）ml、新生儿的1 min Apgar评分（9.46±0.38）分均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论剖宫产术后再次妊娠患者进行阴道分娩的效果更好。

Objective To compare the effect of vaginal delivery and cesarean section in the second pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods Randomly selected from April 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital 90 cases of cesarean section again pregnancy patients as the research object, divided into control group（cesarean section） and observation group（vaginal delivery）. The amount of bleeding, postpartum hemorrhage, hospitalization time, neonatal 1 Apgar min score were compared between the 2 groups. Results Hospitalization time of observation group patients（3.56±0.21） days, the amount of bleeding during operation（135.32±69.14） ml, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage（169.48±46.48） ml and 1 min Apgar score neonates（9.46±0.38） were better than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of vaginal delivery after cesarean section is better.
