早期应用无创通气治疗COPD急性呼吸衰竭的价值研究

The Value of Noninvasive Ventilation in the Treatment of Acute Respiratory Failure With COPD in Early Stage

目的研究早期应用无创通气治疗COPD急性呼吸衰竭的价值。方法选取我院COPD急性呼吸衰竭患者50例,收取时间为2014年1月-2015年5月,并将COPD急性呼吸衰竭患者分为两组,对照组患者采用药物治疗,观察组患者早期应用无创通气治疗。结果观察组患者PaCO_2、PaO_2、呼吸频率、心率等指标优于对照组,观察组COPD急性呼吸衰竭患者总有效率96.00%,高于对照组患者的总有效率68.00%,P〈0.05。结论早期应用无创通气治疗COPD急性呼吸衰竭具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the value of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD in patients with acute respiratory failure. Methods 50 cases of acute respiratory failure in our hospital COPD, Collection time from January 2014 to May 2015, COPD patients with acute respiratory failure were divided into two groups, the control group were treated with drug therapy, the observation group were treated with noninvasive ventilation. Results Observation group of patients with PaCO_2, PaO_2, respiratory frequency, heart rate and other indicators are better than the control group, observation group COPD acute respiratory failure patients total effective rate was 96.00%, higher than the control group, the total effective rate was 68.00%, P0.05. Conclusion Early application of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of acute respiratory failure of COPD has high value of application.
