摘要
目的探讨膝关节滑膜炎采用关节镜进行诊断和治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2008年4月-2016年9月收治的42例行关节镜检查确诊的膝关节滑膜炎患者,采用随机数方法将患者均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组（21例）患者采用保守中药热敷治疗,治疗组（21例）患者采用关节镜下手术治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过关节镜诊断,患类风湿性关节炎4例,慢性非特异性滑膜炎26例,关节结核5例,慢性化脓性关节炎4例,色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎3例,经过治疗,治疗组患者的总有效率为90.4%,优于对照组的71.4%,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论关节镜在膝关节滑膜炎临床诊断中具有较高的诊断价值,关节镜下滑膜切除去能够有效的治疗膝关节滑膜炎,创伤较小,降低了并发症的发生,疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Knee Joint Synovitis Treated with arthroscopic diagnosis and treatment. Methods In our hospital from April 2008 to September 2016, 42 patients undergoing arthroscopic diagnosis of knee joint synovitis patients, using random number method were divided into control group and treatment group. The control group（21 cases） were treated by conservative traditional Chinese medicine hot compress treatment, the treatment group（21 cases） were treated by arthroscopic treatment, observe the curative effect of two groups. Results After arthroscopic diagnosis of 4 patients, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic non-specific synovitis in 26 cases, 5 cases of tuberculosis, 4 cases of chronic suppurative arthritis, 3 cases of pigmented villonodular synovitis after treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 90.4%, better than 71.4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P0.05. Conclusion The diagnostic value of arthroscopy is high in clinical diagnosis of synovitis of knee joint in the arthroscopic synovectomy to can be effective in the treatment of knee joint synovitis, less trauma, reduce complications, curative effect.
