青光眼合并白内障同期行联合手术的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Combined Surgery of Glaucoma Combined With Cataract Surgery

目的对联合手术应用至青光眼合并白内障患者中的效果进行研究。方法从2014年1月-2016年2月因青光眼进入盐城市大丰人民医院眼科治疗的患者中,选取38例并发白内障的患者进行研究,予以同期联合手术治疗,并对其疗效进行分析。结果同期实施联合手术后,患者眼压值已从术前（28.05±7.3）mm Hg降至术后（15.27±2.69）mm Hg（P〈0.05）。结论对于并发白内障的青光眼患者,予以联合手术方案效果突出。

Objective To study the effect of combined surgery on glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods From January 2014 to February 2016 into the ophthalmic treatment for glaucoma patients in people＇s Hospital of Yancheng City Dafeng, study selected 38 cases of cataract patients, which combined surgical treatment, and the curative effect was analyzed. Results Over the same period of the implementation of the combined surgery, the patient intraocular pressure value has been reduced from preoperative（28.05±7.3） mm Hg to postoperative（15.27±2.69） mm Hg（P0.05）. Conclusion For patients with glaucoma complicated with cataract, the joint operation scheme is outstanding.
