后腹腔镜肾输尿管全长切除联合经尿道膀胱袖状切除术治疗无功能肾结核的临床效果

Combined With Transurethral Resection of Bladder Sleeve for the Treatment of Non Functional Renal Tuberculosis

目的观察后腹腔镜肾输尿管全长切除联合经尿道膀胱袖状切除术治疗后无功能肾结核的疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月-2015年1月收治的经后腹腔镜肾输尿管全长切除联合经尿道膀胱袖状切除术治疗的30例无功能肾结核患者为研究对象,收集患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者均成功完成手术,平均手术时间为（93.42±13.94）min,平均出血量为（48.92±8.48）ml,摘除肾脏标本中可见钙化灶和干酪样坏死病变,经病理检查后均符合肾结核的诊断。结论无功能肾结核经后腹腔镜肾输尿管全长切除联合经尿道膀胱袖状切除术治疗后效果可靠,创伤,无副作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal ureter resection combined with transurethral resection of bladder sleeve resection for the treatment of non functional renal tuberculosis. Methods In our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, the full length of laparoscopic nephroureterectomy with bladder cuff resection in the treatment of 30 cases of nonfunctioning kidney tuberculosis patients as the research object, collected from patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients were operated successfully, the average operative time was（93.42±13.94） min, the average amount of bleeding was（48.92±8.48） ml, the removal of the kidney were calcification and caseous necrosis lesions diagnosed by pathological examination were consistent with renal tuberculosis. Conclusion The effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal resection and transurethral resection of bladder sleeve resection is reliable, trauma and no side effect.
