Comparison of Clinical Efficacy of Locking Plate and Common Anatomical Plate for Tibial Plateau Fracture

目的观察胫骨平台骨折锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法胫骨平台骨折患者,观察组行锁定钢板固定,对照组行普通钢板固定,观察临床疗效、住院时间、术中出血量、负重时间、骨折愈合时间和并发症。结果观察组优良率(90.3%)高于对照组(73.3%)。观察组术中住院时间、负重时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。无明显的并发症。结论胫骨平台骨折锁定钢板固定可靠,并发症发生率较低,促进患者早期恢复,

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of locking plate in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture with the tibial plateau fracture. Methods Tibial plateau fracture patients, the observation group were treated with locking plate fixation, and the control group were treated with ordinary steel plate fixation, the clinical efficacy, length of stay, blood loss, weight bearing time, fracture healing time and complications were observed.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group（90.3%） was higher than that of the control group（73.3%）. In the observation group, the time of hospitalization, the time of loading, the fracture healing time was shorter than the control group（P0.05）. No obvious complication. Conclusion Locking plate fixation of tibial plateau fractures is reliable, and the incidence of complications is low,
