舒张性心衰和收缩性心衰临床比较

Clinical Comparison of Diastolic Heart Failure and Systolic Heart Failure

目的对舒张性心衰与收缩性心衰的临床表现差异进行对比分析。方法回顾性分析我院2014年5月-2015年5月收治的748例心衰患者的基本临床资料,385例舒张性心衰,363例收缩性心衰,将两组资料作以比较。结果舒张性心衰组（HF-PEF）低蛋白血症、贫血、肾功能不全、高尿酸血症所占比例明显低于收缩性心衰组（P〈0.05）。结论舒张性心衰与收缩性心衰临床表现具有显著差异,临床治疗应结合患者实际情况进行对症治疗。

Objective To compare the difference of clinical manifestations between diastolic heart failure and systolic heart failure. Methods The clinical data of 748 patients with heart failure treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. 385 patients with diastolic heart failure, 363 patients with systolic heart failure, and two groups of data were compared. Results In diastolic heart failure group（HFPEF）, the proportion of low serum albumin, anemia, renal insufficiency and hyperuricemia was significantly lower than that in the patients with systolicheart failure（P0.05）. Conclusion Diastolic heart failure and systolic heart failure clinical manifestations of significant differences, clinical treatment should be combined with the actual situation of patients for symptomatic treatment.
