雌激素与甲硝唑联合治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Combination of Estrogen and Metronidazole in the Treatment of Atrophic Vaginitis

目的探讨萎缩性阴道炎采用雌激素与甲硝唑联合治疗的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法,将78例萎缩性阴道炎患者分为研究组(雌激素+甲硝唑)与对照组(单纯甲硝唑)。对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组、对照组总有效率分别为97.4%、82.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组阴道清洁度对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论萎缩性阴道炎患者采用雌激素与甲硝唑联合治疗的效果显著,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined therapy of estrogen and metronidazole in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis. Methods According to the random number table method, 78 cases of atrophic vaginitis were divided into study group（estrogen ＋ metronidazole）and control group（simple metronidazole）, comparison of two groups of treatment effect. Results The total effective rate of the study group and the control group were 97.4% and 82.1%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. In the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of combined treatment of estrogen and metronidazole in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis is significant, safe and reliable.
