诸葛廷芳主任医师应用对药治疗眩晕经验浅析

Experience of Chief Physician Zhuge Tingfang in the Treatment of Vertigo

目的浅析诸葛廷芳主任医师应用对药治疗眩晕的经验。方法分析诸葛老师治疗眩晕的常用对药:天麻、葛根、山芋肉、泽泻、川芎、牛膝,结合两例典型病例分析对治疗眩晕的效果。结果两例典型病例使用诸葛老师的眩晕常用对药加减治疗后,均取得较好效果。结论诸葛老师的眩晕常用对药包含了补益肝肾、引火归元、养肝熄风、畅通气血、升清降浊等治疗法则,方药恰合病机,临证时在辩证的基础上加减使用,获得了良好的治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the experience of chief physician Zhuge Tingfang in the treatment of vertigo. Methods Analysis of the commonly used prescription of Professor Zhuge in the treatment of vertigo： Gastrodiaelata, Ge Gen, sweet potato, Rhizoma Alismatis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, with two typical cases analysis, Professor Zhuge＇s commonly prescribed in the treatment of vertigo effect. Results Two cases used Professor Zhuge＇s commonly prescribed, achieved better effect. Conclusion Professor Zhuge＇s commonly prescribed contains nourishing liver and kidney, kindling, Guiyuan, yangganxifeng, Qi and blood flow, shengqingjiangzhuo treatment rule of medicine prescription was pathogenesis, clinical in dialectical modification on the basis of use, get a good therapeutic effect.
