苦参凝胶与甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎疗效对比研究

Comparative Study on the Curative Effect of Treatment on Senile Vaginitis With Using Sophora Gel and Metronidazole Suppositories

目的比较苦参凝胶与甲硝唑栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法将我院2011年1月-2016年6月收治的100例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为2组,一组50例给予苦参凝胶阴道上药治疗,另一组50例给予甲硝唑栓每晚阴道上药。连续治疗30 d。评价临床疗效,观察两组临床症状改善情况,检测两组治疗前后的血清促卵泡生成素（FSH）以及血清雌二醇（E2）变化。结果治疗30 d后,两治疗组均具有明显效果且采用苦参凝胶治疗相对更好。结论苦参凝胶外用治疗老年性阴道炎疗效好,临床症状和体征改善明显。

Objective To compare the clinical effect for the treatment of senile vaginitis using sophora gel and metronidazole suppositories. Methods From January 2011 to June 2016, 100 cases of patients with senile vaginitis treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, one group of 50 cases were treated with sophora gel and another group of 50 cases were cured with metronidazole suppositories every night in continuous 30 days. To evaluate the clinical curative effect, two groups＇ clinical symptoms was observed by detecting the change of follicle stimulating hormone（FSH） and estradiol（E2） in the serum before and after treatment. Results After treatment for 30 days, both the treatment group has obvious effect and that with using sophora gel is relatively better. Conclusion Topical treatment of sophora gel for senile vaginitis is better in curative effect, clinical symptoms and signs improved obviously, which is worth popularization and application.
