小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的发病特点及护理要点分析

Analysis of the Characteristics of Children Cough Variant Asthma and Nursing Points

目的探讨小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的发病特点和护理措施。方法选取2014年10月-2016年5月我院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿92例作为此次研究对象,随机将患儿分为两组,研究组和对照组各有46例,对照组实施临床常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施全面护理干预。结果小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘属春季和晚间较为多发;研究组护理总有效率93.6%,对照组护理总有效率是78.3%,研究组护理效果要显著优于对照组。结论小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘属春季与晚间最为多发,且病程长,需要给予长期规律治疗,为其实施全面护理干预可以加快患儿康复,改善护理效果。

Objective To investigate the characteristics and nursing measures of children with cough variant asthma. Methods From October 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital 92 cases of children with cough variant asthma as the object of study, children were randomly divided into two groups, study group and control group of 46 cases, control group received routine clinical nursing, the research group on the basis of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention. Results Cough variant asthma in children is more hair in the spring and evening, the research group, the total effective rate was 93.6%, the control group, the total effective rate was 78.3%, the research group nursing effect is significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Children cough variant asthma is the most common in the spring and evening, and long course of disease, the need for long-term regular treatment, in order to implement comprehensive nursing intervention can accelerate the rehabilitation of children, improve the effect of nursing.
